C3Sud, Institut National du Cancer, Boulogne-Billancourt
Constructed on a triangular plot of land, the C3sud building, which houses the National Cancer Institute, is set on a double height base. The façade presents an alternating pattern of clear glass and white stone that stands out against the horizontal pattern of the floors in enamelled glass and the metal railings. The succession of setbacks are designed as accessible planted terraces. Crowning the building is a “roof house” with a double-pitched roof in zinc.
