Offices Campus, Gennevilliers
The project comprises 71,000 sq m of office space and a staff restaurant in a campus of low rise constructions that evokes the scale of domestic housing. The heart of the campus forms a new landscaped area for Gennevilliers. Surrounded by activities and small industries, the campus participates in the renewal of the city, defines the surrounding streets, and offers a great variety of perspectives, particularly interior, thanks to the movements and rhythm of the facades. A water and drainage reservoir is integrated into the landscaping design.
